Mahonia

In view of the weather forecast I guessed I'd better blip the Mahonia while it is still upright with yellow things attached, so popped out first thing for a few snaps.
However. I never remember just how tall it is and the blooms so far away, against the light.
Remind me in a few weeks to Prune The Thing.

I hope everyone is staying safe: this is the first time we have had a Red Alert for strong winds, although in Edinburgh we seem to be away from the worst of the storm.
