Building decoration

I sailed back to Douglas on the 02.15am boat this morning due to the approach of Storm Arwen - a long night with little sleep.  As I am still on holiday I did some jobs this afternoon when I was awake sufficiently and noticed this on one of the buildings on Victoria Street in Douglas.

The extra is the photo I took the other day of the Emu when I was walking around Lotherton Hall grounds ... not often you come across one of these on a walk.
