Slow Green Shoots

What a difference a day makes, we're back to the horrible grey sky and its trying to snow again....

Trying something a bit different today. I've cut some of the willow tree shoots and put them in a vase. Not sure whether this works or not, but I had to use flash to get any sort of brightness at all! Normally I'd have catkins by now, but its very slow this year.

Back to work this afternoon, so trying to chill out before a busy week ahead! Not looking forward to it, but at least its a job, which so many people are without at the moment :)
