Cooler and Wetter..

The 'Atmospheric River/s' are hitting the coast.  We are not really affected as yet by this unfortunate weather system.  Much of the
Delta area near Vancouver is still suffering from flooding...and the expected rainfall may be make things much worse..
This subdivision is quite unique in that most properties have very large lots and they all have superb views.


Extra...what is a walk without Doug...and keeping Doug happy by throwing a stick for him to fetch....he is great company on a walk.
