A quick side-step from hospital appointments today to see a few illuminated spots.
Oddly, one of my appointments also covered spots. Again, I was very impressed with the NHS staff. I felt reassured and took the opportunity relax during a bit of a wait in the pharmacy. Visiting two hospitals in one day also improved my step count.
