Frosty Morning

A clear sky overnight and temperatures plunged below freezing first thing.  I took the opportunity for an early walk on the local common and despite the frost was impressed with the colours behind these silver birch saplings.  I always have the impression of purple from the bare branches of these trees and it was definitely coming through this morning.

Then it was back to another day of work.  Thankfully my only side effects of the vaccine yesterday was a sore arm.
