Happy Easter

Not the best picture....but a wonderful day :)

Church in the morning...with added musical oomph for Easter.

Lunch with my elder & his wife, along with a couple of other girls I know. Just lovely and so appreciated :) proper roast dinner, trifle for pudding and Easter chocolates as gifts!

Then the evening was Resurrection 2013 at the Usher Hall. I have been to a few of Origin Scotland's events there, but I don't think I have ever seen it as full as it was. Singing "In Christ Alone" (one of my favourites!) and others with a packed out Usher Hall? Chills!

The whole day was exactly the encouragement and reminder I needed

"Jesus is Lord...Lord of my heart, Lord of my soul"


(Every year mum, without fail, sends an Easter card. This was this year's offering and it sure brought a wee smile to face when I found it lying on my bed after work on Friday :) )
