So far 3 viewings. 1 return visit and just had 2 offers!!!!

Both £15 000 under the asking price but happy to sit tight and wait for the next 6 viewings booked in until Saturday.

Someone's going to be disappointed!!

Update.....just been offered full asking price if we take the house off the market. Spoke to the agent who said the next 6 people lined up where not in a position as good as the people who have made the offer so advised we went with them! So we did!
