Summit

The summit of one of Edinburgh’s many hills, early morning.

On the spur of the moment, I decided to go a different direction to normal for the morning walk and instead of heading for the park, we went up a hill. Radical and unexpected. Jaffa seemed pretty energised by the change and ran around like a loon, jumping in the leaves.

Pretty chilly this morning - only just above freezing. Winter is coming.
