Poinsettia

I find these very difficult although I am usually good with plants. It looks good now but it is only a matter of time before it deteriorates. 
I know these do not like a temperature below 12 degrees and if they are exposed to the cold they gradually drop their leaves over an extended time. So, don't buy one from a shop that has had them standing outside because they will gradually die over the next few weeks. I am clinging to the idea that in previous years it was the cold of the transportation to the shop that killed them not me.
