Glasgow- "Putting on the Style"

Re-visiting some of my old haunts in Glasgow today I spot these men. It’s unheard of to see top hats in this gritty city.
 
Who are they?
Their answer surprises me.
“Security.”
 
We are in the Argyll Arcade, famous for its jewellery stores (no I am not buying it happens to be  a short cut to Glasgow Print Studios.)
“Is there a lot of …er….trouble here?”
“No, its all done on credit cards these days”.
 
So thieving, along with shopping, has gone online too.
