The Crescent and the Dome

We had a quick trip over to Buxton this morning. It was the last Book Fair of the year and we'd not been to any of the previous ones. And my other half wanted to catch up with one of the sellers who he knew.

We travelled back via Congleton, across the moors, to pick up the cat from her hotel prison for the last week. She's never pleased to see us and cries all the way home. Once she's home there's a real difference. She's all over us then and wants lots of attention. I can only assume the car carrier and the journey is not to her liking.

We faded a bit this afternoon due to the tiring drive yesterday.....
