Trauma

We went walking today with some friends, it was a nice day and we were enjoying ourselves very much when I had a bad fall.  Very difficult for all, as we were in a forest area, but the help I needed was available and I have been well looked after.

I have damaged myself quite a bit as I fell on my head.  I have a very nasty area in my face, not a pretty sight just now I can tell you, have had stitches to help me heal.  Also staved both my hands, and have skint knees.  It will take me some time to recover, but am being well looked after.
