The Christmas tree is up outside the Spar shop. Looking fab. 

Been to see F-in-L in Worcester.  He's lost 3 and half stone since we last saw him. Outlook is bleak but he was okay today.

Clive had a go on F-in-L's electric bike which was great fun. I couldn't get my leg over the cross bar with my big coat zipped up but I tried.  Anyway, the bike is ours when the time comes. 

Portrait artist of the year is on tonight. My current favourite programme.
