2523. Cajun Sweet Potato Bake

Another quiet day with a trip to the cinema to see the French Dispatch which I thought was thoroughly disappointing, Made by the same people who did the Grand Budapest Hotel which I loved. A bit too clever for its own good and not really funny enough…..

I’m feeling a bit better today….hopefully it will stay that way.

Today’s photo is a Cajun Sweet Potato Bake I made for our tea….had to substitute the courgette with beetroot and it was delicious!
