Fine Flour
Every year I plan to have a go at making a simnel cake, & every year I run out of time.
This year, I gave in and bought one.
Thank you MannaHouse on Easter Rd - deliciously, delicately, flavoured. (But too many apostles on top, I think).
{'Simnel', I discover, like 'semolina', is from the Latin for 'fine flour'}
