Creepy Restaurant

If there is a child trafficking ring in the U.S. it is not run out of pizza parlours.  But - maybe THIS place?  Note: it's all black, except some red lights. 2) It's supposed to be a restaurant.  Hours are posted.  I NEVER SAW ANYONE INSIDE!  [What do they DO there?]  3) Looks like a great spot to film a horror movie....
