First light

Deciding to make the most of the day, Rosie and I were on the beach when it was essentially still dark. The growing light was very beautiful though, it was a good walk.

I used the extra time I had created to clear out the worst of the kitchen shelves. It looks smashing now, and I found a completely new jar of marmite so could send Daisy back to uni with a gift from my kitchen to hers.

She spent all yesterday afternoon in the dentist’s chair. Not a pleasant experience but all done now. It has been lovely to have her here for a couple of days, and only a few weeks until I see her again.

A few weeks ago, I had an urge to make a Christmas wreath, this had never happened to me before. I gathered up Ella and Cat and off we went this evening. I think I’ve got it out of my system now. Can’t decide if I like it or not, I got a bit over tired. I’m sure I will decide it’s amazing in a few days.
