Catching the light
Clematis leaves still clinging to the plant, caught in a rare ray of sunlight.
Yet another trip to the tip recycling centre this morning. Later, while MrM started the demolition in our bedroom, I kept well out of the way, and reconstructed the linings of the window boxes in the 'yard. It took a while, but hopefully they'll be bird-proof. Or maybe not! We'll see...
By the time I went indoors it was getting dark and decidedly chilly, but it was a real tonic to spend some time outside. Must do it more often!
MrM went to guitar practice with L in Berwick this evening. I had a whole list of things to do, but instead spent most of the evening on the phone, enjoying a long catch-up call with Liz H!
