Old Friends

We had to move the winter flowering bulbs out of the kitchen and into the conservatory.Advertised for their strong perfume they smell terrible however they do look very nice.

John and Katie came to visit today.John and I where at college together over forty years ago.We hadn't seen each other for a long time perhaps even twenty years and an old man stepped out of the car.I was surprised but he also looked surprised and was probably thinking the same about me.
It was so good to see them and have a catch up and I hope we can do it more often.If we leave it another twenty years we may not still be around.

It is contact with people from our youth that keep us feeling young.
