Holter hear Monitor

Mr S after being fitted with a Holter heart monitor, to be worn for the following 7 days.
The result showed a rare/unique condition of which I do not know the name.
As a very fit,  life long, long distance runner, jogger, walker, biker, he has a very low pulse rate.
But he also has a blood pressure reading which is not from this world.

What also showed, was that whilst on the treadmill and putting a little strain on the heart, only then did the pulse rate, the peaks and the lows
on the graph, became more normal.
He has a resting pulse rate that alternates between 33 and 26 bpm.
Bp can be something like 227/74 . . .

After consultation with colleagues, the cardiologist decided that a pacemaker may bring some stability and better heart function.

In the meantime, he does his daily chores, runs, walks, falls from ladders and the usual stuff that men/boys do.
