Our first robot experience

Today Mom had a doctor appointment and after check in we were asked to follow the robot to an exam room. The robot was talking and giving instructions. Once in the room it explained where mom should sit and what button to push on remote when she was finished with paper work.
The rest of the day went by in a bit of a blur I am suspecting that mom was scammed through her email, hopefully I can get on top of that tomorrow.
