Our much esteemed and respected Prime Minister was an even more shambolic embarrassment than usual (and that is a very high bar) wibbling on about Peppa Pig, make vroom noises to illustrate a comment about electric cars, and spending a good thirty seconds completely lost as he frantically searched his notes for a clue.

What is it with people electing these weapons grade morons before angrily insisting this is exactly what they wanted?
