Frosty morning

Getting the car clear this morning took some doing! I dash out first thing every morning, part of my job as a community nurse supporting care homes, involves me going out early to give the pre breakfast insulin injections in the three care homes closest to my own home. My hands were absolutely frozen today, which did not please my poor patients.
