Beer reading

Lots of beer that needs to be sorted out but it keeps on fermenting. The Christmas stout has finally stopping it fermentation, 3 weeks after its due date, think its because I didn’t pinch enough yeast and the decanting has woken some of the trapped yeast up. Still at least it will be a bit stronger.
