Beautiful day.

Beautiful day, scary day too. Offers made and accepted on the house. This is the only house we've bought, we've lived here nearly 47 years. It's a massive leap of faith, I'm confident it's the right choice, J not so. I just feel we are not getting any younger, and now is the time to make the move. Lots of memories attached to this home, the family gatherings, the children born from here, the dogs we've had born and died here. Could go on and on. This will not be easy, and especially the state the house we're going into is in. It won't be until probably March time as we are waiting for probate to clear on the house we're after. Our buyers are cash buyers, so no chain whatsoever. Of course, so much can go wrong between now and then. Yikes!!
