Go Spence!

We had parent teacher interviews on Monday afternoon. Fleur and her boys came over after school so I could look after them while she had her interviews and she could look after my two while I did mine! Nat dropped by as well with Abi and Mim to give Spence his birthday presents because they couldn't come to his party last week!

The kids all had a great time playing together and they stated for tea which was great!

Spence is doing so well at school! His teacher, Fi, said that he is so enthusiastic and lovely all day, he makes her laugh and if any of the other kids are a bit sad he will go up to them and tell them a joke to try and make them happy!!

He is exceeding expectations in all areas of his work too! He is reading at level 4 and they are expected to be up to level 7 by the end of the year and we are only a quarter of the way through! He is working on numbers up to 50 and they are expected to be up to 20 by the end of the year, and his writing is going really well! We are so proud of him!! It is amazing to see the development and learning happening right in front of us! Go Spence!

Yesterday the kids and I went over to Tracey's house for tea after school so she could go to her interviews for her twins. Her husband works one week away then home for a week. Kaz was still away and Col was away too so it worked out well!

Kaz got home tonight from her trip which was good! Spence was excited! He had just gone to bed but got up when he heard her!! She had been gone a week looking at properties and researching the areas of Toowoomba, Chinchilla and Miles for clients. Kaz has started her own business and is a buyers agent for people who want to buy property in Brisbane and regional Queensland. Her clients are mostly interstate or overseas investors who don't have the time or knowledge of the area. It's going really and she loves it which is great!
