the birthday girls

Well here I am with my younger daughter, both of us a year older since the last time we posed with our shared birthday cake.
It was a lovely day of church, followed by a take out lunch, gifts, phone calls with family, and finally cake.
We enjoy sharing the celebration together, rather than being the only one in the limelight.
