From The River (Yesterday) To The Sea

Low tide and low surf, but it was just nice being out there is shirt sleeves watching the activity. 

In house news, it looks like we're getting very close to closing on the property.  At the moment it seems to be about 3 weeks out, but inspections and finishing touches remain.  No dates are definite since pandemic issues are all around with supply chain and busy inspectors because the area is in a building boom still.
