Sissinghurst

A cracking sunny walk with my chums. What a majestic place Sissinghurst is.

2005: We prepared my London flat for the rental market and moved to Skopelos, built a house on the land we had purchased, and on 31st December, moved in to bare concrete floors, bare brick walls, bare polystyrene ceilings, no furniture & no plumbing, but at least all but one of the windows were in. Meanwhile, the eldest son produced a son of his own.
