Warming up

back home after a chess day in the Belgian league. many measures. Among other things, there must be good ventilation and face masks must remain on during the game. the ventilation made for a very cold afternoon: windows and doors were all open, and it was extremely cold, especially for the people sitting in front of the door or windows (meaning everybody!). E could hardly use his arms and hands anymore due to the cold, this was really too much for his muscle disease. able to finish the game thanks to his very sporty opponent: E told him his move, the opponent moved the piece on the board. and the arbitrator allowed it. put the heater as hot as possible in the car, and warmed up a bit more at home with a warm meal and hot tea. now enjoying a warm atmosphere and pleasant indoor temperature...
