Started at last

I have been considering starting the quilting for a few weeks, but have got distracted by other things. I’m having to plan to have a couple of ‘no sewing machine days’ next month at one of my sewing group venues, so need to get a move on. 

Today I managed to do the central block before R & S called in by. We had coffee and cake during a long chat. It was getting dark by the time we walked Amber and was much colder than recent days.
