Wicker Man

Constructed by protesters campaigning against the development of the northern meadows in Whitchurch, Cardiff. The land adjacent to an existing NHS facility forms part of a planned cancer hospital to serve south east Wales. There are strong arguments to retain the site as a green undisturbed recreational area, adjacent to the Forest Farm SSSI nature reserve. But ultimately the requirements of the local health service will prevail.
