Chilled

This weekend has been really good, I've been able to relax and completely forget about work.

Today I met up with my friend Rachel and my young doggie nephew Dewi, we walked around Parc Slip Nature Reserve.  This is the memorial for the Parc Slip Colliery Disaster which cost the lives of 112 men and boys.  We also saw the Cefn Cribwr Ironworks, another relic of Wales' industrial heritage.

Chilled afternoon.

I'm going to be staying away the next 3 nights, I feel a touch apprehensive.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A good walk with Rachel and Dewi
