There are three coaches to share the burden of seeing their maroon army get hammered week after week. It is a little less soul crushing when they can compare notes on what went wrong. They can exchange knowing looks as another crucial error in defence translates immediately into a powerful strike (and sometimes not even that powerful) hitting the back of our net. 
It is that bit easier to carry that dominical cross week after week, when the load is shared.
