On my way

to my walking place ...the road was very quiet this morning ...not often I see it like this..no need to say it was a drizzle grey day..that color seems to be glued on the sky..
I went through my back yesterday and I hoped that if I immediately did my exercises that I could quickly fix that, but unfortunately not .. but I was able to prevent the worst with this ..
