Squashed Again
I just love the shape, colours and textures of the Squash Family. Sue has bought this one to make a Squash and Chorizo Soup. Looking forward to that.  
This is a Crown Prince Squash
Taken with the Lensbaby with Sweet 50 optic and +4 Diopter close up lens. 
I took a few shots but was not happy with the focus on the stalk where I had chosen my focal point to be. I could have increased the aperture but did not want to loose the out of focus edges of the fruit. So I focus stacked it and combined the result in Helicon Focus. Interesting experiment.
