Taxi anyone?

Just outside my home there are always taxi's available, but they are not the usual taxi's - they are called 'sacramento's' and are bicycle taxi's. Today as I was coming home I took this picture of a guy waiting for someone to take his taxi! In town they cause chaos when town is busy with cars, people and bicycles and there are many accidents because of them! But for the majority of the population, these are the main mode of transport unless you have your own bicycle, or of course you walk!
