The plum gets a prune

Our plum tree (fyi Marjorie seedling), is very fast growing, at least compared to the apple trees that went in at the same time, so it had to be cut back as so many branches were far out of reach when it came to picking this year. It was a perfect late autumn morning, sunny, still and cool, rather than cold, so long as you keep moving.
