Hanging around........

We were expecting a big storm today with strong winds, rain and hail. The clouds were looking promising so I popped down to the river hoping for spectacular blipping conditions. Nope. Boring. So off to the beach. Not much happening there either until I spotted these blokes unpacking their hang gliders. Found a bench to sit on and waited. I was joined by a delightful young Italian stallion guy who has been here for just over two years. He wanted to wait and see just how these gliders actually take off and land. We had a lovely chat for half an hour or so. 
The expected storm still hasn't arrived and I very much doubt it will. It's moved south east towards the "other house".
