Autumn leaves/trees

A dull day, still fairly mild and still

Started the day off with a text from my son and a phone call from a friend, a great way to start. Walked to the shop to get a couple of things I'd forgotten, came home and made a lasagne and got the ingredients ready to put together a fruit crumble tomorrow.  Had my lunch and then went for a walk around the fields.  Loved the leaves falling from the trees in the Hall, you can see the apple trees that form a small orchard in the background.  Caught sight of this squirrel eating and managed to get a shot before it disappeared (extra)
