Driving home,

An early start and luckily good from a weather point of view although this was to change later on.

We called into IKEA at Breahead and when leaving the sat nav started to play games and we proved to be too slow to recognise the change taking us to the middle of who knows where. A real duhhhhh moment, we thought perhaps it was a detour due to an incident along the road, I doubt we will ever know however it nearly ended in an accident. The road was on a hill and narrow when a lorry came around the corner too fast for the conditions, fortunately John was driving slowly but run off the road all the same with the left front tyre hitting a large rock. Quite horrible to see the vehicle looming at us but no damage done and a kind woman stopped to see if we were alright, this is the photo taken when John was taking a look.
