Phase 1 Day 22. Two liters and first/outdoor workout and reading done. Current favourite parts of the day turns out to be reading, the ice cold baths and blipping.

If it wasn't for 75 Hard, I wouldn't have picked up some of the books I have read from a shelf or from a bookstore's display. Some non-fiction, I regret starting while some are truly inspirational and push you to self-reflect and be brutally honest. Currently reading Ryan Holiday's Stillness Is the Key. Am on the part where he talks about the duality of Seneca's life. Always drawn to learning the juicy bits of famous philosophers' life and I find it interesting that they have struggled with their moral compasses at some point and have experienced being in the toughest spots just like anyone of us. The key, according to Holiday is to develop epithets for yourself so strong in that when your virtue is called upon you would not flinch. The standard you set for yourself, whatever you hold as valuable and virtuous, how you remain true to those, how you decide and act in accordance to whatever those self-measures are is what will determine your achieving ultimate happiness, inner peace and overall well being.
