Busy day

Our three youngest grandchildren came for a sleep-over last night so we have been rather busy to say the least. The birds have been busy too. The feeder on the left was full this morning and by mid afternoon was in this empty state. The children were fascinated by the birds antics. Then one of the squirrels climbed the pole, tapped the pot to make it swing, then tried unsuccessfully to sink its teeth into the side, presumably to pull itself up on to the top to reach the nuts. It failed, and slid to the floor where it continued to eat the nuts the birds dropped. Daddy came to collect them at lunchtime and we managed to produce roast pork and vegetables for 6 in the caravan. The children and their Easter eggs have gone home now and so we have a little time for a late blip. Hope you're all enjoying your Easter
