Spring Clean

Two days before we go to Lanzarotte to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary (2nd May) and the Porty house in the grips of Spring cleaning fever, which despite some (mild) bickering between mother and son, it usually ends in giggling.
Anyway my excuse of a bad back (true-honest!!) doesnt go as far as an excuse not to cook dinner, so it's curry and something and a glass of chilled Cava.
