Day 3 : At Camp

Third day at camp deep into the riverside (confluence of Irang River and Leimatak River) in Tamenglong District. Documenting the landscape while fishing and searching for available food remained the daily chores. Not to outdone the nearly successful experiment to filter river water with charcoal, sand and gravel - to finally boiled down for consumption - which was nearly brought to naught by the near-heavy downpour of rains!

The diverse varieties of river fishes taste too good though!
