May the night be gentle with You

I did have evening duty and just a last check up of our sleeping elderly and for some of them giving the last medication.
In our organisation there is a stop of taking in new elderly people. We have a huge shortage of nurses , geriatric care assistents and so on. It is not going well. So cross fingers. Our organisation wil take in nurses from India, and as we have experience with care takers from other countries, it wil work out.
My myself , i have to complete little less then 1,5 years till retirement. But after retirement i ll probabely work in the care sector a few days in the month. I think there will be a need.
