All Aboard the Mouse Train

We delivered Benny's BFF, Jett, to the mouse drop near The Boat Landing.  She was noticeably smaller than the rest and was quite timid at first, until I set her free.  When the prison door flipped open she sprang out with a purpose, scampering under the car, up a grassy knoll and immediately found refuge inside a granite wall.  She was one determined mouse!  A survivor, hopefully!  Maybe Jett will find B-B-B-Benny hiding in there too * Thanksgiving is one week from today so like Jett we were purposeful in wanting to beat the holiday crowds so off to the store we went to purchase the veggies that will accompany the bread stuffing on our plates: rutabaga, butternut squash and Brussel sprouts. Yum! It will be a grand feast with guaranteed leftovers for us to enjoy for an extra day or two :) * We mailed another package today and started working on the final two for tomorrow's sendoff.   Normally we don't ship this early but there's been so much said about potential delays we thought it best to be safe (early) than sorry (late) * You know I read it in a magazine...
