Waiting for lunch

When I go on a walk around Roseburn and Murrayfield, I always stop to look over the railings at a certain place as there's often some kind of bird in the river - today I wasn't disappointed! This heron was hoping to catch his lunch I think. There was also a male goosander treading water nearby, and after a few minutes he gave up and let the fast flowing water take him. I was imagining him shouting 'wheeeeeeeee!' as he floated away!
