Heads

Of all the things I didn't need today, an off site was fairly high up there. In the spirit of leadership and setting an example I had to go along and play nicely but I did have to leave early to take a call that wasn't mine to move. I'm working with some of my direct competitors at the moment which can sometimes make conversations interesting; we're all bound by competition law so have to talk crypticly at times.

Home (after a two hour drive) to pizza and a beer to end my week. I have a day off tomorrow, although I'll probably have to do a bit of work before a meeting on Monday which has come about as a result of yesterday's announcement.

I did manage a quick stroll around the grounds during lunch. The seed heads are looking quite autumnal.
